BUILDING A BETTER CAP RATE MODEL
The Summer Analyst team worked with a tedbet 評判 Research colleague to focus on a business-critical opportunity to construct a cap rate model that leverages our underwriting expertise and catalogue, along with other forms of verified transaction data, to produce a pilot program to share with tedbet 評判 vertical leaders. SUMMER ANALYSTS
Our Summer Analyst program is a 10-week program aimed at rising college Juniors and Seniors. Our structured program provides Summer Analysts with hands-on experience and insights into tedbet 評判 and our verticals, as well as project work in areas of strategic importance.
